Written Student Feedback:
- Prof. Wiegand is extremely friendly and approachable. He has reasonable expectations of students and makes time to help in office hours. He explains materials clearly and provides extra resources and articles to support class concepts. I worked in Talent Management this summer and everything we do in this course relates directly to that.
- The openness of the professor to discussion and varying viewpoints was excellent. The professor also did a fantastic job in encouraging discussion.
- Very fluent, well-spoken, and knowledgeable in the subject area
- The professor is great at explaining tough concepts in a way that makes sense-more than any other professor I've had at LER. A lot of work, but all is valuable. The best class I've taken at LER.
- Personable, clear communication
- The instructor's ability to explain was very well. He always engaged the class in open discussion to express ideas.

- Justin would spend a lot of time with students answering questions.
- Discussion was key to understand[ing] the material. Justin was always available. Without Justin's sections I would not have done even close to as well as I did. He was clear and concise, but challenged us to find answers on our own.

- The major strengths would be the professor's knowledge of the material, attitude and personality, he's charismatic and has a good approach to getting the material through to us. Very technical and you could tell he cared about the material we were covering. If you needed help with something or clarification, he'd be happy to provide it. Probably one of the better courses I took had for the LER program. The lessons and group work helped us grasp the material well. Working through the Tanglewood case also helped us apply a lot of the concepts and ideas we went over during class and read about from our text. I wouldn't change much about the text and lessons.
- The course was very applied which I enjoyed and the content was extremely useful. The instructor was fantastic-very nice and helpful!
- Cares about the material; very knowledgeable about statistics
- Accessible-we could expect to hear back from him within 24 hours

- The grading was fair and I really enjoyed the course.
- Professor provided useful feedback.
- Very knowledgeable in his field.
- Professor explained the material well; course book was very insightful and relevant, easy to read.
- The case assignments were very value-added. They were time consuming, but I think I learned the most in this class because we had to apply what we learned. Not many other classes in this program did that, and I didn't retain as much. The case assignments ensured that I will retain this information much more.
- Methodical and analytical, it's obvious he has teaching experience and enjoys it. Class structure and content reflects a learning environment
- Knows the subject well and can help with issues understanding
- The case study and assignments related to those are very useful and helps to apply the material.
